5:2 Diet Begins

My Monday Mantra!…..This album is a reflection of my new monday attitude. I am starting the 5:2 diet and am starting my day with a big fat bowl of ‘NOTHING’.This will be followed by a session in one of my new gyms (I have 250 to choose from).
