My kids were hounding me to take them camping and as you can imagine we have had many camping disasters in the past. Tents that won’t go up, noisy neighbours, BBQ’s out of gas etc.
Why not try NEXT SUBURB CAMPING?
This concept has the essence of actual camping with the convenience of staying home. I was living at Rostrevor at the time and ended up taking the family all the way to Windsor Gardens Caravan Park (one suburb away).
I saved on petrol, no whinging kids in the car for hours, no traffic jams, if I forgot something I could knick home and get it. If I needed any food or drink I already knew where all the takeaway stores were. It didn’t matter to the kids, all caravan parks look the same with just different tents and caravans!
Why have a cold shower in a dirty public toilet block when you can have piping hot water at home then be back in time for a BBQ lunch with the wife and kids?
